As a member of the Illinois Counties Solid Waste Management Association (ILCSWMA), you are part of a dedicated network of professionals committed to advancing solid waste management practices across Illinois. Enjoy access to valuable resources, networking opportunities, and the latest updates in the field.

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

ILCSWMA | Supporting Illinois Waste Management

Full Membership: $130

For local government units (counties, municipalities, townships) and acting Solid Waste Agencies. Includes voting rights and full access to member resources.

Affiliate Membership: $100

For organizations interested in solid waste management that are not eligible for Full Membership. Includes access to all resources and events.

Retiree Affiliate Membership: $25

For retired individuals from member organizations who wish to stay connected and informed about ongoing initiatives and developments.

NORTHERN REGION MEMBERS

Known as the “Hub City” due to its railroad heritage, Rochelle is located in Ogle County and offers a strong sense of community, thriving industry, and a rich history.

The Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County (SWANCC) is an intergovernmental agency established in 1988 to provide environmentally sound waste management services to its 23 member communities.
